By creating a Pixly account, using the Pixly mobile or desktop apps, submitting any form on our website, or contacting us in any way, you expressly consent and opt in to receive SMS/text message communications from Pixly.

- Limited marketing offers
3.1 Message Frequency & Costs

4. AI Training & Use of Free User Content
Pixly uses certain user-generated content from free accounts only (“Free User Content”) to improve, train, and optimize our artificial intelligence models.
4.1 What Content Is Included?
The following may be used for AI training only if you are on a free plan or free trial:
- Photos & videos
- Tags
- Captions
- Markups & annotations
- Project metadata
4.2 How We Use It
Free User Content may be used to:
- Train computer-vision models
- Improve auto-tagging
- Enhance search accuracy
- Improve quality detection
- Improve annotation and workflow intelligence features
4.3 Anonymization & Aggregation
All Free User Content used for AI training is:
- De-identified (we remove identifiable attributes)
- Aggregated
- Never associated with you, your company, a client, or a specific project
4.4 Paid Users Are NOT Used for AI Training
Pixly does not use content from:
- Pro
- Pro+
- Enterprise
- Multi-user paid plans
- Custom contracts
…unless the customer gives explicit written consent.
4.5 Opt-Out Options for Free Users
Free users may opt out by:
- Upgrading to any paid plan, or
- Emailing support@pixly.ai to request an AI-training exclusion
5. How We Share Information
Pixly may share information with:
